Reception every day from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Erwin Meier bulding. During shutdown, we kept talking care of the animals including those in the rescue centre even when we had reduced our staff.

Please call prior to bringing an animal.

Welcome to everyone
Public with reduced mobility and hearing impaired
Public with reduced mobility: The park is almost entirely wheelchair-accessible, sanitation facilities included, indoor as well as outdoor. The woodpecker hut, built on a tree, is the only place not accessible by wheelchairs.

Hearing impaired audience: All our films are accessible to hearing-impaired visitors thanks to a hearing loop.
It is now possible for visitors to go inside several enclosures. Therefore, dogs are not allowed in the park, even on a leash, to avoid any incident with animals. The only dogs allowed are guide dogs and assistance dogs intended to help disabled people.
