1. Scope

These general conditions of sale apply to all orders that customers place on the online store of:

2. Offer and conclusion of contract

​

The presentation of the products on the online store does not constitute a binding offer but an invitation to order.

​

By clicking on the "order" button, the customer transmits a final order for the products listed on the order page.

​

The confirmation of the order does not yet imply the conclusion of the contract. The sales contract comes into force upon delivery of the goods.

​

3. Prices and shipping costs

​

The prices indicated next to the products include legal value added tax (VAT) and are in Swiss francs (CHF).

​

Tickets can be printed directly by the customer. In this case, there is no delivery charge.

​

A flat rate of CHF 7.- for delivery is indicated to the customer during the ordering process if the object is delivered at home.

​

It is possible to collect the order at the reception of La Garenne, this option is offered during the ordering process. If this option is chosen, there is no delivery charge.

4. Terms of delivery

​

Deliveries are made only in Switzerland by Swiss Post.

​

The delivery time, unless otherwise stated in the offer, is approx. 3-5 working days.

​

If all the products ordered are not deliverable at the same time, La Garenne may make different partial deliveries, each containing handling and shipping costs. The customer will be notified of the number of partial deliveries by email.

5. Payment terms

​

Payment for the order is made by PayPal or by credit card.

​

For withdrawals of the order and with the express agreement of the management, payment can be made at the reception during the withdrawal.

​

On request and with the express agreement of the management, the order can be made by email and payment by bank transfer to the IBAN of the foundation's postal account: CH05 0900 0000 1201 56 47 8

6. Retention of title

​

La Garenne remains the owner of the goods until full payment.

​

7. Guarantee

​

In the event of damage or failure attributable to La Garenne, the customer may require the replacement of the goods. If La Garenne is unable to proceed with the said replacement or if the goods should be delayed beyond a reasonable time, the customer is entitled, if he wishes, to demand a corresponding reduction in the price. purchase or terminate the contract.

8. Saving the contract

​

La Garenne records the content of the contract and sends the order information to the customer by email. The customer can consult our GTC on the page of the online store. The customer's orders remain visible in his customer account of the online store.

​

9. Applicable law

​

A. The contractual relations between the customer and the guarantor are governed by Swiss substantive law to the exclusion of the United Nations convention on contracts for the international sale of goods of April 11, 1980.

​

B. The competent court is Nyon.

​

10. Final provisions

​

If one of the provisions of these general conditions of sale becomes null and void, the rest of the contract is void. The relevant legal provisions apply instead of the obsolete provision.
